Gateway Development supports both these ballot initiatives

By increasing the current sales tax by half-cent the city can continue to expand infrastructures projects. Out of town shoppers will be paying the majority of the sales tax and the citizens of Blair will enjoy the benefits! Without the increase in sales tax it will be hard to continue to expand and improve community infrastructure and facilities.

Extending LB840 another 10 years will help ensure that Blair has the right economic development tools to help local business owners expand and bring in new and exciting businesses to our great community. Without LB840 the city of will not be as competitive as other communities and potentially lose out on entrepreneurs and business wanting to expand but do not qualify for state incentives
